The location is incredibly convenient for visiting the
falls and bird park, making it ideal for exploration. The property was well-maintained and the swimming pool was refreshing. However, the service varied greatly depending on who was on duty, which was a bit disappointing.

Staying here was an enjoyable experience with warm staff and beautiful grounds near Iguazu Falls. The breakfast was good, but the dinner options varied in quality. Rooms felt somewhat dated and lacked some comfort, yet the location and service were commendable.

Amazing Location and Memorable Stay
Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel! The kids loved the pool and the proximity to Iguazu Falls made planning our visit so easy. Quick tip, pre-book the spa for evening sessions, as spots fill up fast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience enjoyable. We left with unforgettable memories!

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location just a short stroll away from the entrance to the national park, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the falls and bird park. The amenities are noteworthy, particularly the beautifully designed common areas and the delightful pool surrounded by lush gardens. However, the room felt somewhat cramped and basic, and the breakfast offerings were fairly limited, lacking the variety that would have enhanced the stay. Additionally, the internet connection was inconsistent, making it challenging to stay connected.

I recently stayed at Sanma in Foz do Iguacu for three nights. The grounds are stunning. Beautiful gardens surround the property, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs are highlights, providing great spots to relax after long days of exploring. My room was a Superior Queen Room, a bit small, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, with various options, although I would’ve loved more gluten-free choices. Service was hit or miss. reception staff were friendly, but restaurant staff could be inconsistent. I noticed the restaurant missed our order one night, and the food took longer than expected. The bar by the pool sometimes played music too loud, disrupting the tranquil vibe. Overall, it’s a lovely place for nature lovers, but the dining experience could use some work.

missingWrote a review on Jun 11poor check-insmall room
I was really disappointed with my stay. The check-in process was painfully slow, and we didn’t receive the warm welcome you'd expect at a 5-star hotel. Our room was extremely small, with broken bathroom tiles, which is definitely not what I paid for. To top it off, there was an unsolicited wake-up call that ruined our sleep. Some staff were helpful, but the overall service felt unprofessional and disorganized.
